Meditation is a gateway to intuitive power.  It permits a state that allows divine wisdom to pour through you, while connecting to your inner zen goddess. A meditation that gently guides you to reclaim a power that is always within you. You can access your power by connecting to the wisdom of your higher self.  When you make the unconscious, conscious, you're longer held back and are free.

Bio- Field Tuning Collective Session
Biofield tuning takes non-resonant electromagnetic energy that is hanging out in the biofield (or aura) pulling us out of alignment and maintaining patterns of dissonance and brings that energy into resonance, integrating patterns back into the body, creating harmony, nervous system balance, unique personal shifts, overall well-being, and a variety of other benefits. 

Group tuning allows collective patterns of the group to be recognized and shifted into harmony as well as experiences unique to each individual participating.

Tara is a 4th year Naturopathic Medicine Intern in Toronto, with a clinical focus in mental health. In 2021,  she co-founded All About Mental Empowerment (AAME), a company which provides holistic, action-based mental health workshops and courses to schools and community organizations, helping to bridge the gap in mental health education.

Jenn Peris

As a professionally trained Relationship Coach, Somatica Sex & Intimacy Coach and Professor of Sex Communications at the University of Arizona, I have the tools and understanding to help you (and your partner) attain your goals.
